What to check before you register

Do this before you create an account or send a deposit. The checks take one sitting. They are not legal advice, and they do not make play safe. Kickr Casino App does not take deposits, run games, or pay winnings. Live play sits on the official Kickr Games client.

1. Who operates the site
Brand names and company names are different. You need the company.
On the download page we loaded on 17 September 2026, the footer states that GetGud is owned and operated by Kickr Games Pty Ltd, Australia. The App Store seller for “GetGud: Real Cash Skill Games” is the same name. Support addresses on that page are [email protected] and [email protected].
Write those down, then open the in-app Terms and Privacy after the lobby loads, including anything that only appears after login. The names on the terms, the payment descriptor, and the store seller should match.
Walk away if the terms are missing, the only identity is a brand name, or the legal name changes from page to page.
2. Age and location
The download page marks 21+. The App Store listing we checked says 21 or older, US only, and that cash play is available in eligible states, with game availability varying by regulation. Your phone’s location is not a VPN puzzle to solve. If the client blocks you, that is the answer for today.

3. How money leaves
Copy the following from the cashier and the terms, not from a review screenshot:
- Minimum cash-out (the App Store listing we loaded says $5)
- Payout rails (that listing names Venmo)
- Pending times
- KYC documents
- Whether promotional Coins or Gems cash out on the same path as purchased balances

No. It is an age mark. Open the operator's terms, match the company name, and complete any identity check the cashier requires.
Can I withdraw before finishing identity checks?
Usually not. The App Store listing for this client says ID verification is required. If the operator will not say when checks start, treat that as a reason to wait.
